1. Data controller

2. Data processed

When you browse the website, technical data needed to provide and protect it is processed, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and security logs.

If you use the form or contact us by email or telephone, we process your first name, last name, email address, optional telephone number and the content of your request in order to respond.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as IP address, user agent, TLS fingerprint, sitekey and origin to distinguish people from automated systems. Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Umami measures website visits and usage in aggregate form. It processes the hostname, visited page and title, referrer, browser, operating system, device, screen size, language and approximate location. The IP address and user agent contribute to a pseudonymous session identifier and are not retained as analytics data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• website delivery, stability and security: the controller’s legitimate interest;
• handling enquiries: taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject or the legitimate interest in responding.
• protecting the form from abuse and automated submissions: legitimate interest in service security.
• aggregate audience measurement and website improvement: the controller’s legitimate interest.

4. Retention

Technical data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for service operation and security, according to the provider’s settings. Umami analytics data is retained for up to 6 months. Data sent with an enquiry is retained for up to 12 months after closure, unless legal obligations apply or a contractual relationship begins.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by providers appointed, where necessary, as processors: Cloudflare for hosting, network, security and Turnstile; Brevo for transactional delivery of the request; Google for the receiving mailbox; Umami Software, Inc. for analytics, configured in the EU data region. Technical and operational services may nevertheless involve processing outside the EEA: in such cases, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to privacy@elevacoatings.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Requirement to provide data and automated decisions

Technical data is required to use the website. Providing contact data is optional, but without essential information we cannot respond. No solely automated decisions or profiling are carried out.
